Structured Workplace Learning (SWL)
Structured Workpalce Learning provides learning opportunities for young people in a real or simulated workplace. It involves an employer accepting a young person on a one day a week basis or block release. During the work placement the young person will have specific tasks to undertake, demonstrating their aquired skills and knowledge.
