Youth Connections is a program for eligible young people who need help getting their education back on track or are thinking of leaving school. Youth Connections provides individual support, information and assistance so you can get into the education and training that suit you!

Meet with a Youth Connections Caseworker in a confidential and safe environment over a coffee, phone, email, SMS or Facebook.
