The Workplace Learning Toolbox is a suite of resources to enhance the quality of workplace learning for students undertaking work experience, structured workplace learning and school-based apprenticeships and traineeships. These resources aim to provide young people with information about the work environment, with a strong focus on occupational health and safety. The Toolbox contains 14 short video clips with accompanying teacher notes, lesson plans and student activities. The Toolbox also includes information brochures on workplace learning for students, educators, employers and parents/guardians.

The Making it Happen - Work Experience for All  resource has been developed by the National Disability Coordination Officer Program, University of Tasmania, to support secondary and vocational teachers in providing work experience / work placements for students with a disability. This project has been supported by skills Tasmania. The resource includes guidelines to help in setting up a program, a sample resource kit to be given to employers, how to market work experience, teacher aide guide and a student workbook.

This resource has been developed to be used in conjuction with the Work Experience video for secondary school students with disability. The video is an occupational health and safety program for secondary students with disability undertaking work experience. The program provides students with a general awareness of workplace health and safety. It can assist in preparing students for work experience by exposing them to issues relating to the 'world of work'.
