This comprehensive course is ideal for senior school students wishing to develop basic bar operation skills. Delivered by industry experts from the Swanston Hotel Grand Mecure, the course covers;

- Bar Attendant qualities
- Personal hygiene
- Grooming
- Customer service
- Selling techniques
- Tools of the trade
- Tray carrying
- Garnishes
- Introduction to spirits, liqueurs, beers and cocktails
Day: Preference for Tuesdays or Wednesdays (other days negotiable)
Time: 11.15am - 3.30pm
Venue: The Swanston Hotel Grand Mercure, 195 Swanston Street Melbourne 3000
Meeting Point: All Students to meet at Reception
Costs (per students): IMVC member schools - $45 Other schools/organisations - $55
Clothing: School Uniform or casual clothing and enclosed shoes (No Thongs)
